Authors, we know that writing is a full time job, and sometimes other things can get in the way of doing what you love. Promoting, marketing, and other behind-the-scenes duties take up so much time you can be spending writing a book. If you want to do more writing and less other book related duties...let us help.

Both of us have experience in many different tasks. Individually, Jackie has been a PA for 6 years, and Kaylee has been one for about 3 years. We can help or start doing the things you have to stop writing to do. We do not claim to know everything, but we are more than willing to learn what we do not know.

We have flat-rate prices based upon services, we also have an hourly rate. as well as a release week ONLY package. all prices can be adjusted depending on Services needed and affordability level. We are willing to work with you to ensure that you get the service you need.

Doesn't matter if you are an established author, a newbie author, or a returning author, we can help.

PLANS

Hourly Rate - $20 an hour.

Monthly Rate- $100 - $200 a month.

Individual Al-la-cart Services - (starts at $15) flat rate.

Each plan depends on what you are more comfortable with. NDA and service agreements are available. All payments will be made via PayPal. An invoice will be sent for the price/plan agreed on.

Email Organization

Is your inbox full? Are your readers emailing you, begging for the next book?

We can help.

We can answer emails, respond to all of the questions from your readers. To make sure the readers hear from you with certain things, we can organize your inbox so that when you check it, you can go directly to the emails that need your special touch.

Social Media Management

We know logging onto your social media accounts can be distracting and such a huge time-suck. So, why not let us handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for you?

We can keep your Facebook Page, Instagram Page, and your Twitter account up-to-date.

Keeping your readers informed on all of your social networks can be tedious.

We will stay behind-the-scenes while you interact with your readers, which will cut down on your social media time.

We will keep each page updated and active. We can promote your books as well as play games to switch up the content, giving you more time to write, and keep your readers engaged.

Calendar Management & Organization

Keeping you on schedule is important.

Instead of having fifty different sticky notes around your house reminding you to do book related tasks, we can use a calendar.

We can update your calendar and make sure you are on time with goals.

Sending your books to beta readers? ✔

No problem. We'll add a deadline when the book needs to go to your betas and when you need feedback from them. We can set reminder alarms, or we can remind you personally.

Making sure your book gets to the editor as scheduled? ✔

Easy peasy! When you schedule it with your editor, we'll put it on the calendar and remind you when it starts to get close.

If time management isn't your strongest skill, then with someone making sure that each goal and scheduled task is met, you won't have to push back your release date because you are behind, oh yeah...and stress can become less.

Group Management & Upkeep

Keeping a group can be tiring all by yourself. Especially if you have more than one.

We offer this service, but we HIGHLY recommend that you be the main person posting in your groups. Your readers want to hear from YOU, the author. Not your PA. But we do understand that sometimes, it's not possible, so we are more than willing to do all of this for you.

Group Management services include the following, but is not limited to...

Reader Group

We'll help keep your group active and engaged. We will help you come up with ideas to do in your groups. We will give you the ideas and tools for you to do it whenever you can, or we can do it for you.

We know there will be times when you are in your writing cave, so you can pre-schedule posts for your readers if you would prefer to do it yourself.

Which means you don't have to get on Facebook, and we don't have to post in the place of you.

Street Team

Making sure your street team are actively promoting you and tracking who is doing what can become too much.

We can keep your team on track and make sure they are promoting your books. If you use a reward system, we'll even keep track of everyone.

Since this isn't your main group, we wouldn't mind posting in it. But if you would prefer us to stay behind the scenes, we can provide you with pre-made posts you can schedule or post yourself.

Review Team

A Review Team is very important to have. It’s also important to make sure they read and review the book in a timely manner. Our job would be the following.

Send out the ARC.
Make sure everyone has the ARC.
Remind your team when reviews are due.
Make sure that your team post their reviews to the appropriate sites such as Amazon and Goodreads.
Collect the links to keep everything organized.

When you are stressing out about your book releasing and making sure everything is in place for the release, having another set of hands would go a long way.

Of course there are other admin type tasks we could help out with.

Promotion

Promoting your books is something that takes a lot of time, and something you can’t do alone.

How we can help…

Contacting Bloggers

We can contact bloggers to help share promote your work. Bloggers are super busy, and often they don’t have a lot of time to review books unless they agreed to it way in advance.

If you know your release date a couple of months in advance, we can contact bloggers to see if any of them might be interested in reading and reviewing your book.

Bloggers are a big part of the Book Community, so having some bloggers on your side would be nice.

Weekly Street Team Tasks

Keeping your street team up to date, and making sure they are actively promoting your books can be a hand full.

We will create weekly tasks or create posts they can promote every week.

Making sure your books are talked about could be really helpful in selling your books.

You can write, while we handle the promo side of things.

Book Release Preparation

Price: $75

This service is a separate fee. Authors can book this services without already being a client. Prices will be discounted if already a client.

If you are already a client with one of the above plans, the Book Release Preparation Plan will be included for certain plans only.

Beta Readers

Finding beta readers
Forming a team.
Gathering kindle emails or email addresses.
Sending out the beta copy.
Making sure feedback is given by the deadline.
Creating a beta feedback form.

We will provide you with all of the tools you will need while you can be more hands on with your beta readers.

Reminders and Organization

We can help keep you on task and on schedule with certain things such as making sure your book gets to the editor on time.

With some extra help, you won’t have to worry about missing deadlines.

We can come up with a checklist of things you need to do before your book is ready to be released.

ARCs

(NOT APART OF ARC TEAM)

Sending out ARCs can be a pain. If you haven’t hired a PR or Blog Tour company, we can help send them out. We can make sure that reviews are posted on release day by sending out reminders.

Booking PR/Blog Tour Company

Being a book blogger, we've worked with many companies, and can give you advice on which companies to go with. Not only that, we can help remind you to book those companies when it’s time.

New services will be added on over time, and other services depend on each client. Feel free to contact us about this service, and what all you may need help with.
