Review: Accidentally Married on Purpose by Rachel Harris

Accidentally Married On Purpose
by Rachel Harris

Synopsis

One ring plus one wild night equals one crazy love

Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she’s all about what’s happened in Vegas staying there.

Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity…though there’s something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories…and rings on their fingers.

Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn’t the hardest part—it’s reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can’t last. Tyler’s first love will always be music—and the road is no place for a sweet downhome girl.

I have to admit, I am a sucker for sugary sweet romantic books, and this one hits the spot. Accidentally Married on Purpose is a perfect light and fluffy summer read. There was a bit of humor and sexiness that ties into the book perfectly. I have to be honest. This is my first Rachel Harris book, but I will be going back to read the other books in this series, as well as her other books.

What happens in Vegas...well it doesn't always stay there. By reading the synopsis, I knew I would most likely like this book. I really liked the characters right away. Sherry was sassy and funny: that you had no choice but to like her. I thought it was so hilarious that she didn't like country music, but the whole time she was dating a country singer.

Tyler on the other hand was full of sexiness, and I couldn't help but do a mental swoon. The fact that he didn't tell Sherry who he was right away was clever: however, if I was faced with a situation like that I don't know if I could have taken it the way Sherry did.

What really made me like this book is the small town, and the romance of course. I thought Tyler and Sherry were perfect for each other, and I just love small town romances. The scene at the end of the book was too cute. I am excited to read the other books in this series. I have a feeling that they will be just as good! This book just screamed romance, and being the romance geek that I am, I ate it up. Definitely give this book a read if you are a romance fanatic.
